The information we gather and how we use it
When you order a logo design or a web design, we need to know your name, your company's name, your email address, and your mailing address. This allows us to process and complete your order and to notify you of your order status. We also ask some information about your company in order to have a creative direction for your company's logo design or web design needs. All the rights to the Logo artwork and logo design we create at the request of a client belong to such client.

Refund Policy

Logo, Stationery, Brochure, Flyer, Advertising design
We guarantee your full satisfaction or your money back. The refund policy will NOT take effect in any of the following events:

1) If you have approved your initial design.
2) If the party for whom the design is being designed closes, or changes its name, or changes its activity.
3) If the project was cancelled for reason(s) unrelated to the design of Kapilakan.com
4) If you do not communicate with Kapilakan.com for more than three weeks following the submission of the initial design.

Web Design
We guarantee your full satisfaction or your money back. The refund policy will NOT take effect in any of the following events:

1) If you have given the approval on your initial web template (jpg)
2) If the party for whom the web site is being designed closes, changes its name, or changes its activity.request.
3)If the project was cancelled for reason(s) unrelated to the project undertaken with Kapilakan.com
4) If you do not communicate with Kapilakan.com for more than three weeks  following the signing of the design contract.

Multimedia Design
We guarantee your full satisfaction or your money back. The refund policy will NOT take effect in any of the following events:

1) If you have given the approval on your initial slideshow/application
2) If the party for whom the multimedia is being designed closes, changes its name, or changes its activity.request.
3)If the project was cancelled for reason(s) unrelated to the project undertaken with Kapilakan.com
4) If you do not communicate with Kapilakan.com for more than three weeks  following the signing of the design contract.

How the money will be transferred
If you have paid using your credit card - the money will be transferred back to your credit card account. It may take up to 6 business days before the money will appear on your account. If you have paid using bank transfer your refund will be sent to your bank account.
